Yes. During your event, guests can explore the theme park. This offers plenty of opportunities for a walk among Dutch highlights, an informal break in one of our attractions or an activity as part of your programme.

Yes. Our in-house kitchen takes care of everything, from coffee and lunch to sharing platters, buffets and elaborate dinners. We tailor the menu to your wishes and the type of event.

In principle, it is not possible to bring your own catering. In some cases, we work with a selection of trusted catering partners. This is always arranged in consultation. We’re happy to think along with you about the options and the right culinary set-up for your event.

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free and other dietary requirements are standard for us. Simply let us know your guests’ dietary requirements in advance and we’ll make sure everyone can enjoy the event without a worry.

Our event spaces are equipped as standard with modern audiovisual facilities. For additional technical support, we work with trusted partners to ensure your event is taken care of down to the last detail. We’d be happy to hear in advance what additional technical facilities you may need.

Yes. For every event, we create a dedicated Wi-Fi network with a personal login and password. This ensures a secure and stable connection for you and your guests throughout the event.

When temperatures rise, we activate our heat plan to ensure your guests remain comfortable. We provide additional cooling and comfort measures, including climate-controlled event spaces, extra ventilation and plenty of water available in our breakout rooms.

This way, we do everything we can to make sure your event runs smoothly and comfortably, even on warm days.

Madurodam is centrally located in The Hague and easy to reach by both car and public transport. From The Hague Central Station, you can be at our venue in just 10 minutes.

Yes. Tram 9 and bus 22 stop at Madurodam, just a short walk from the entrance to the park. This makes the venue easy to reach even without a car.

Yes. Parking is included with every package. There are approximately 450 parking spaces available, as well as charging points for electric cars.

Yes. Madurodam also has a dedicated coach parking area. This makes it easy to plan arrivals for larger groups travelling by coach or organised bus transport.

Yes. Charging points for electric cars are available in our car park. We do advise taking availability into account in advance, especially for larger events.

Absolutely. Thanks to its central location, easy access from Schiphol Airport and the opportunity to experience the Netherlands in a single visit, Madurodam is a popular venue for international groups.

From Schiphol Airport, you can travel to The Hague by train in approximately 35 to 45 minutes. From The Hague Central Station, you can easily continue your journey to Madurodam by tram or bus.

Madurodam is largely wheelchair-friendly. The park is easy to navigate thanks to its wide, gently sloping paths. Our restaurants and most attractions are also easily accessible for wheelchair users and guests using a rollator.

Yes. Disabled parking spaces are available close to the entrance of the park.

Yes. There are several accessible toilets throughout the park, including at Taste of Holland, the Panorama Café and on the first floor near the Maduro room.

Yes. The park is largely step-free and easy to navigate thanks to its wide, gently sloping paths and accessible routes throughout the park.

Yes. Where applicable, a lift is available to access the first floor.

Yes. Assistance dogs and guide dogs are welcome at Madurodam.

Yes. If you have specific wishes or need additional support during your visit, please let us know in advance. We’ll be happy to think along with you.

Yes. Madurodam has dedicated supplier entrances, making loading and unloading flexible and efficient. Together, we determine the most suitable access point for your event and suppliers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and remains well organised.

Yes. Madurodam offers various possibilities for branding and styling your event, both in the event spaces and throughout the park. Think of signage, visual branding, banners and customised styling elements. We’re happy to explore together what works best within the venue, the guest experience and the overall look and feel of your event.

Cancellation terms depend on the type of event, its size and the agreements made in the quotation. These terms are always clearly explained during the proposal process, so you know exactly where you stand before confirming your event.

Yes. Madurodam has a special social mission. Through the Madurodam Children’s Fund, we support projects that contribute to the development and wellbeing of children.

Simply bring the voucher with you and hand it in at our ticket desk when you visit. You will receive a discount on the current ticket price for yourself and your guests.
