ROUTE

Madurodam is located between the centre of The Hague and the seaside resort of Scheveningen.  

By car / coach
In The Hague, follow the signs 'Scheveningen Haven'. Then follow the signs for 'Madurodam'.  

Roadworks at the Plesmanweg/Nieuwe Parklaan junction
14 March until 21 April 2011
The roundabout at the Plesmanweg/Nieuwe Parklaan junction near Madurodam will be closed to all traffic from 14 March to 21 April. Madurodam will remain accessible via the Hubertus Viaduct and road signs will be in place.

Parking
Parking on the Madurodam car park (€ 6.50 on depart cash or with credit card). Free parking for coaches. Parking for disabled visitors is available in our car park. It is possible to stop at the entrance before parking in one of the special parking spaces.  

By train
Take the train to The Hague and travel by tram or bus. Madurodam can be reached form

• From Den Haag Central Station: tram 9 or bus 22, in direction Scheveningen, stop Madurodam
• From Den Haag Holland Spoor: tram 9, in direction Schevening, stop Madurodam 
• From Scheveningen Beach: tram 9 in direction of Central Station, stop Madurodam  
  

Bus 22 route in the period 14 March-21 April
Bus number 22 will take a temporary alternative route in connection with the roadworks on the Plesmanweg/Nieuwe Parklaan roundabout. Madurodam will remain accessible by bus number 22.
