You could choose for a buffet in an informal setting with many high bistro tables and a few seats, so that your guests will be mobile and be able to get in contact with eachother. You could alsco choose for a buffet in a setting, where people can sit down at round dinner tables so that your guests have the opportunity to have a good conversation with their table companions.
